The Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL) School of Public Health and Nutrition (FASPyN, Spanish acronym) joint the Leading Academic Institution buildings in Kaizen Quality System implementation.
In a meeting carried out on September 28th, 2010 in FASPyN facilities, the Information Technology Department (DGI, Spanish abbreviation) and FASPyN staff signed project letter release as the rule establishes.
The Kaizen System Implementation Project started on July 9th, 2010 at the FASPyN when DGI staff showed the system functions to the qualified personnel; however the project started officially on July 16th, 2010.
Subsequently, on August 3rd, 19th and 20th the training was carried out, the one related to Documents Control Administrator; Auditing Modules, Disciplinary Actions, Preventive Actions; Directive Revisions Modules and Continuous Improvement and Training for Processes Owners and Trainers’ Training for Readers Training.
Ing. Alberto Zambrano Elizondo, DGI Director; Ing. Tomas Rodriguez Elizondo, Projects and Services Subdirector; Ing. Joaquin Huante Hernandez, Academic Systems Subdirector; Ing. Linda Lisbeth Gaxiola Lucio, Systems Development and Implementation Coordinator; Lic. Cecilia Vargas Cordero, TI Projects Administrator; and Lic. Abel Castro Garcia, Project Leader attended the event.
FASPyN guide team attended too, Institution Principal, M.S.P. Yolanda Elva de la Garza Casas; Ma. Teresa Ramos Cavazos Subprincipal and Kaizen Administrator (Documents Control) Ing. Norma Angelica Perez Angeles attended the event.
Ing. Alejandro Aguilar from the UANL Quality Administration Direction was represented by Lic. Claudia Buentello.
There were 32 people who get trained in the Information System for Kaizen Quality Administration (SIAC, Spanish acronym).
DGI commitment about any doubt, advice or issue with System was established. “Kaizen support continues; just because the project is finished does not mean our support finished too, we are going to be in touch through the services reports of the Institutional Center for Information Technology Attention (CIATI, Spanish acronym),” said Vargas Cordero.
On the other hand, DGI Director Ing. Zambrano, congratulated FASPyN authorities for this improvement and at the same time, he thanked their trust and support for fulfilling the objective that benefits the FASPyN and DGI.
