The event of the closing implementation of Kaizen System was successfully carried out on August 4th, 2011 in five buildings of our Leading Academic Institution.
This time, the personnel from the Regional Center for Vallecillo Livestock Promotion (CRFGV, Spanish abbreviation), Tigres Sports Center, School of Civil Engineering (FIC, Spanish abbreviation), University Printing Workshop (IU, Spanish abbreviation) and Analytical Chemistry Laboratory were trained for using Kaizen System in order to provide a service with quality.
We have to mention that all this would not have been possible without the collaboration between the Department of Quality Management (DAC, Spanish abbreviation) and the Department of Information Technology (DGI, Spanish abbreviation) as well as their heads, Ing. Alejandro Aguilar and Ing. Alberto Zambrano, respectively.
During the closing ceremony, directors and Kaizen System managers signed the Release Letter of the Project in every university building together with the DGI.
The event carried out at the Capilla Alfonsina Library facilities, was attended by principals, direction representatives and guide team from all participating university buildings as well as Kaizen System managers.
Ing. Alejandro Aguilar Meraz and Lic. Jesus Solis from the Secretariat General, Department of Quality Management, also attended the event.
In representation of DGI Director, Ing. Alberto Zambrano, Ing. Joaquin Huante Hernandez, Deputy Director of Academic Services, attended the event together with Lic. Cecilia Vargas Cordero, Project Manager, Lic. Abel Castro Garcia, Project’s leader and Lic. Jose Antonio Leija de la Rosa, Auxiliar Project Manager.
The objective of the meeting was to inform the personnel about the closing of implementation project which is involved in every university building as well as ratifying the commitment of support that DGI has with system users.
There were 68 people who were trained in Kaizen System of Information for Quality Management (SIAC, Spanish acronym).
The commitment of the DGI about any doubt, consultancy or a problem with the system was established. “The support for Kaizen System continues, do not think that when the project ends so does our support, we are going to be in touch through the service reports that you prepare through the Institutional Center for Information Technology Attention (CIATI, Spanish acronym),” said Vargas Cordero.
